These terms govern your use of Quantum Edge AI (quantumedgeai.net). By creating an account, you agree to them. Please read the disclaimers in Sections 3 and 4 carefully — they matter more than the rest.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials and any two-factor recovery codes secure, and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away at Contact if you suspect unauthorized access.
Quantum Edge AI is a market-tracking and social-media-management platform. Depending on your plan, it provides: a real and/or watch-only portfolio tracker, live and historical charts, technical signals, an AI chat assistant, SEC filing and social-sentiment alerts, a probability-based predictions log, a market-regime composite indicator, simulated ("paper") trading, and Q Suite — tools to schedule, publish, and analyze posts across social platforms you personally connect.
Nothing on this platform is investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. Signals, the Market Regime indicator, the AI assistant's responses, and Predictions-log calls are informational and/or illustrative only, generated from historical or third-party data with no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or future performance. Past performance — including any signal's backtested results or track record shown on this platform — does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and should consult a licensed financial advisor before acting on anything you see here.
Paper-trading positions, fills, and P&L on this platform are entirely simulated. No real orders are ever placed with any broker or exchange, no real money moves, and nothing here should be treated as a real brokerage account or a record of real trading activity.
The Predictions feature is a public accountability log — a stated probability, published before an outcome is known and graded against reality afterward, with both hits and misses shown. It is explicitly not a betting or wagering product and does not involve real money changing hands on outcomes.
Free, Basic, and Pro plans, and the separate Q Suite add-on, are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe or PayPal, whichever you choose at checkout. Pricing and billing interval for each plan are shown at checkout and on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; you can cancel any time from Billing, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise. Promotional/comp codes, where offered, are subject to their own stated terms and expiry. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable for the remainder of a billing period once service has been provided.
When you connect a social account (X, Reddit, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, or Threads) through Q Suite, you authorize us to act on that account only within the scope you approve on that platform's own consent screen — for example, publishing scheduled posts, reading analytics, or reading your inbox/mentions. You remain solely responsible for everything published through your connected accounts and for complying with each platform's own terms of service and content policies. You can revoke a connection at any time from Q Suite → Accounts.
You agree not to: use the platform for anything illegal; attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the service; share your account with others or resell access; use Q Suite to publish spam, harassment, or content that violates a connected platform's rules; or attempt to circumvent plan limits, rate limits, or security controls.
Market data, news, and other third-party content displayed on the platform is provided by external sources and may be delayed, incomplete, or occasionally inaccurate. We aren't responsible for the accuracy of data we don't originate, or for the availability of any third-party service (payment processor, social platform, data provider) this platform depends on. Price charts are rendered using TradingView Lightweight Charts.
You may stop using the platform and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, engages in abusive or fraudulent activity, or where required by law.
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quantum Edge AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including trading losses, arising from your use of the platform or reliance on any information it provides.
If these terms change materially, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify account holders by email.
